This Privacy Policy explains how Audio to Textify ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use audiototextify.com (the "Service").

  • Audio files you upload. When you use the Service to convert audio to text, we receive the audio file you submit for processing.
  • Transcript content. The text generated from your audio file, along with any edits you make to it within the Service.
  • Usage data. Information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and how you interact with the Service, collected automatically through standard web analytics.
  • Account information. The Service does not require an account, so we do not collect name or email information for core transcription use.

How We Use Your Audio Files

  • Audio files you upload are processed solely to generate a text transcript and return it to you.
  • Audio files are automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours of transcript generation.
  • We do not sell your audio files or transcripts to third parties.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Service functioning properly and to understand how it's used.

Third-Party Service Providers

We may share limited data with service providers who help us operate the Service, such as our cloud hosting provider, speech recognition / AI API provider, and analytics provider. These providers are contractually limited to using your data only to provide services to us.
